The European Union foreign policy chief said on Monday the July 14 nuclear deal between Iran and major powers could help the international community find a solution to the Syrian crisis, IRNA reported. "The agreement could open the way for adoption of a different approach by regional countries toward Syria," Federica Mogherini said.
